Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Tournament Plus ("the Service"), a product operated by Nexcrum Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account, registering for a tournament, or paying the platform fee for a tournament, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. The bank or UPI account you add for payouts must be in your real legal name — we may pause payouts if KYC checks fail.

2. What you can do with the Service

You can use Tournament Plus to organize cricket tournaments: accept entry fees online, manage your roster, and receive payouts. You can share your public tournament URL freely.

3. What you cannot do

  • Use the Service for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.
  • Create fake tournaments to test payment limits or game payouts.
  • Resell access to your account.
  • Scrape, abuse rate limits, or attempt to break the platform.

4. Platform fee

Tournament Plus charges a flat ₹499 platform fee per tournament, paid once when you take the tournament live. This fee is non-refundable once the tournament is active, except where we cause a technical failure preventing the tournament from going live (see Refund Policy).

5. Payment-gateway fees

Razorpay's payment-gateway fee (currently ~2% plus applicable GST) is deducted from your payout, separately from the platform fee. Tournament Plus does not control or modify this fee.

6. Refunds to players

Refunds to players are your responsibility as the organizer. You can issue refunds from your dashboard. Tournament Plus is a payment facilitator and is not party to your contract with players.

7. Account suspension

We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, broken applicable law, or put the platform or its users at risk. Where possible we will notify you in advance and offer a chance to remedy the issue.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tournament Plus is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the platform fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes to these Terms

We will post any changes here with a new "Last updated" date and email registered users for material changes.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India.
