What happens if a player wants a refund?

You can issue a full or partial refund from the tournament dashboard. The refund goes back to the player's original payment method and typically arrives in 5–7 business days.

Do I need a GST number to use Tournament Plus?

No. Individual organizers can use Tournament Plus without a GST registration. If you have a GST number, you can add it to your profile so we include it on invoices.

Is my data and my players' money safe?

Every payment is processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We never see your card or UPI credentials. All API calls use HTTPS, payment signatures are verified server-side, and your account is gated behind email-verified login.

Can players pay via UPI?

Yes. Players can pay via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit card, debit card, or net-banking — anything Razorpay supports.

What if I have to cancel the tournament?

You can cancel from your dashboard. We help you issue refunds in bulk to everyone who paid. The ₹499 platform fee is non-refundable once the tournament is active.

How is this different from Google Forms + UPI?

With Google Forms you spend hours chasing screenshots, reconciling payments, and answering "did I pay?" messages. Tournament Plus does it for you: payments are verified automatically, every player gets a confirmation, and your dashboard always shows who has paid.
